What do you do when your girlfriend has doubts?

My girlfriend "think" she has doubts about our relationship but don't dare to talk to me about it cause she think they are not real. It sounds insane to me and I don't know what to do.

I've been that girlfriend before, and I'm not ashamed to admit it.

My man and I had rough patches, it happens. There was a point where he wasn't giving me what I needed and where I was depressed, so we drifted apart. I started to doubt us too. The difference is, is that I talked about it, and we fixed it.

Maybe try asking her about it.

Just talk to her. If she doesn't think they are real why does she says she has doubts? Tell her that if she explains the doubts she has to you, you can solve them together

you shud give your explanation without any hesitation and you should not think twice about giving your explanation and have you noticed anything that comes to you as weird behaviour of her and dont get bothered by her doubting you you should first keep yourself clean in all cases or else she ll keep doubting you
