My girlfriend and I have been dating for 10 months. 2 days ago my girlfriend's friend told her I was cheating on her. When I clearly wasn't cheating. My girlfriend is literally the only girl I've been talking too. And she believes her friend's lie over my word. I kept telling her, I didn't cheat on her; that i would never do that to her. And she still doesn't beleige me, and the whole day yesterday I tried telling her to believe me that I'm telling the truth. And she still doesn't believe me.
This isn't the first time this has happened. My girlfriend's friend told her 3 months ago that I was cheating on her and talking to a girl when I haven't been talking to any girl.
But now it's the second time the same guy tells her things, my girl gave me her friends number and when I texted him, he didn't want to admit it that he was lying he just kept lying to me saying that I cheated on her and I keep asking him for proof and he always changes the subject. Now I literally don't know what to do yo make my girl believe me. I even cried on the phone because I didn't know what else to do to make her believe me. And she said she believed me just so I can stop crying and today she says she wants to leave me because I cheated on her and I keep telling her I never cheated on her. But she doesn't beleive me. I'm just so frustrated and stressed out trying to prove to her my innocence. I don't know what to do anymore. The guy won't admit his lies and my girl doesn't believe me
