Should I still be with this guy or should I leave him?

So he is really nice and treats me well but sometimes the stuff that comes out of his mouth pisses me off. We been together over a year and a few months and he tells me he wants a baby and wants a family with me but then during sex today he was like I want to coparent and he was like I didn’t know that’s what that word meant he was like I meant us raising it together. And then another time he was like if I did get pregant and didn’t give him a girl or twins he would leave me. He said he was just kidding but I don’t know. He’s always there for me but him saying stuff like that scared me.

What I mean is him making jokes leaving me if I didn’t give him twins and gave him a boy instead and him saying about the coparenting thing. Makes me scared he’ll leave me if I did get pregant

Why not just tell him that? Let him know “Hey, I get that you think it’s funny but those kind of jokes make me really insecure that you’d actually leave me and it makes me question everything about if this relationship is worth it or not.” In fairness, there are plenty of marriages that have suffered because the wife never has a boy or because they get pregnant and disagree how it should be handled so it’s not like these fears are unjustified based on the experiences of others. If he respects you, he’ll knock it off. But if he makes another joke like that then I would start distancing yourself because the personality you love might just be a facade he puts on to keep you in his life because he believes being a fake person in a relationship is better than being himself and alone.

Not really sure, however if you aren’t planning to have children at this age, I’d plan to leave him. Too much talk about children at such a young age. Don’t get stuck with someone forever that is super immature

It seems strange and as I like to say if it seems odd it usually because it is. Extrapolate from that base.

i have to say that I am one of those guys who doesn't want children (maybe 20-30%of guys) but there are guys who do. With divorce rates, about 50% of husbands will find themselves unilaterally divorced after 8 years with 1.8 kiddies. That's the average, obviously children don't come in decimal fractions.

Divorced Dads are often cut out of their childrens lives and upbringing. I think a wealthy soccer star has gone with a surrogate mother so he doesn't have this risk from a wayward wife. Nobody can take his child away from him then.

Maybe these aspects are in this guy's mind. You could talk about it.

Sounds to me like you need to ask yourself if his maturity level (or lack thereof) is a dealbreaker for you
