Why is it so hard to let go of someone that has left you? (thoughts on how to deal w/ it?)?

It's very very hard if you loved them

I don't think I have a say in this cause I still failed to overcome my wife passing away and I kind of don't wanna move on from her either

I guess forcing yourself to meet to people and moving on will help you let go of past slowly and you won't look back anymore
