I'm not referring to me in the title. im asking if other people typically refer to YOU as clingy or needy

Agree. Which is why I found a partner who is also clingy. When we started dating, I was spending 5 days a week with him. And then a month later I had surgery and ended up living with him for 2 months while I recovered. And then after that, I was spending almost full weeks at his place. After dating for 9 months we found our own place to live. We’ve been together for 2.5 years now.


I’ve been told by previous romantic interests that I’m too intense, too needy, too clingy, etc. And there’s nothing wrong with that! I’m not made to be everyone’s partner, lol. We all have different needs and preferences for alone time and quality time together. I still love my alone time, but it’s definitely not 50/50 with how much time I spend with my partner.

with my ex before the only rule i follow is that i do enough that he will not leave me. i follow this because i simply want a lifetime SO. so i'm not needt in fact he is the one who keep getting mad when i get so busy on other things but i immediately stop whatever i'm doing and follow him. i can get hyperfocus that's why i forget he is around. you know what pissed me really off it is if you shit on me
