It's another term created by dumbasses for dumbasses. Only in stupid regions like western society would idiot terms like this come to exist.

Essentially it is a relationship between close friends that share secrets, cuddle, etc. without any romantic feelings (so seeing the other more as a brother or sister than a potential partner). Nothing more, nothing less. If it carries on long enough supposedly may even marry - guessing as nobody else wants them, they turn to each other and say "wanna get hitched".

Queerplatonic is often describe as a relationship between people who may not be romantically attracted to one another, but goes beyond what others might consider to be a “normal” friendship and it's mostly practiced by people are who asexual/ aromantic.
