Well he obviously thinks your fat.. if he is saying it in a mean and negative way, you could loose weight but if you are happy the way you are maybe he isn't the one for you.
Just know a guy will change for a girl he loves if you talk it out, but if you aren't the one he will see no need to change.. So the question is do you want to change for him? and then in a few years you have kids and put on weight he is gonna be putting you down again or do you just want to move on and find someone who really loves you? The choice is yours don't waste your youth on an asshole..
