Why people do this a lot. I can’t simply brain how some people think. If you are not into relationship, then act like one. Don’t simply go around and flirt, just to say “im not looking for a relationship”

Ughhh I know what you mean, that's super annoying. Like why even flirt at all if you don't actually want anything? Seems kinda mean to get people's hopes up. Sometime girls just want attention I guess. I think as long as you're upfront with what you want and don't lead people on, then it's ok to have fun flirting not date. But it's always better to be honest so no one gets the wrong idea. Maybe just try not to overthink it too much, easier said than done I know! At least you'll meet someone real someday who actually likes you back.

Flirting doesn't mean anything other than fun. Don't put any additional meaning in it.

Of course, it CAN, with time, lead to a relationship, but by default has nothing to do with it.

Some people (including me) just like to flirt. It's fun and makes it easier to meet people and know them better. But it doesn't mean I'm in any way interested in that person.

Flirting is rather testing waters and getting to know other people better. It could be a base to decide if we want to give it a try, but flirting never was treated as a prelude to a relationship...
