Nope. They only try to learn to hide it better from you. They initial desire to betray you and go for every person they could will never change. Even when they claim to go to therapy for it, some things just never change. But the term "cheating" itself is already a very broad/wide concept. PersonA thinks having sex or kissing with someone else is cheating while PersonB thinks looking at another girl or casually talking to them is already cheating. And some even go that far by forbidding someone to even talk to friends/acquaintances of the other sex because they believe even that is cheating.

So what is cheating? Its just a concept which is different per person.

Hard to tell because most of the time, they'll never tell anyone they've cheated. It could be anyone. You won't know your most loyal person in your life AKA your husband (if you have one) until you you die from old age had actually cheated on someone and never told you

  They have commitment issues, it's like greed but for pussy basically, they can't keep their dick in their pants and value one woman, it shows selfishness because they don't think of the feelings of the other person, I just don't understand why cheaters even get in relationships.
