Why would a woman be overly passive aggressive with a guy she literally just saw?

There was a woman who was my neighbor who the moment she saw my physical she downright started acting very hostile & bitchy (passively) & constantly gossiping about everything I was doing & saying

Just being very negative anytime I was around

I never showed interest or even tried to talk to her

I don’t know why flirting is in the mix, I’m talking about you saying she’s having all this reaction from just the sight of you, that just makes no sense. Since she’s your neighbor maybe there was some sort of exchange that you don’t remember or think was a big idea and for her it was. There just has to be more to it than you’re making it seem.

The neighbor in front of her is a very attractive man... she went out of her to say "HEY!" Just out of the blue with a slight smile

When we encountered each other she scowled & looked around me on sight

Eventually she started cussing at me from inside her house
