What an ass hole. He paints women as purely mercenary and selfish, as if that's their nature. As is they are incapable of love and loyalty.
How did he come by this knowledge? Does his degree in "psychology" mean that he is quoting science? I think is more like personal conjecture.
He promotes men as victims who have to play games in order to keep women from leaving.
What if not all women are into consumerism. What if they are looking for intangible things like love, loyalty, respect, intimate connection, emotional support, tenderness, friendship, partnership, romance, the freedom to pursue personal fulfillment within a relationship?
I don't think this guy knows anything about love at all. He's damaged goods who has a low opinion of women for whatever personal reasons.

Absolutely true. You do not build "relationship equity" with a woman. Last good deeds do not go in the hat for future issues or short comings.
When a man loses his job, is disabled, gets seriously ill; the vast majority of women forget their vows and leave, stating "this is not what I signed up for". And these women leave with the blessing and encouragement of other women and society.
I feel like it doesn't make any sense to make general statements about that. Even if you are a PhD in the field. In the end, everybody is individual and usually you can figure out what they like and how you should treat them to "keep" them.

That's why I date trans girls. They are like women but they aren't hard to keep like women ☺😍
