Easy. Don't initiate sex. Let her initiate then you do the deed.

Caution: make sure she doesn't interpret it as you don't enjoy sex with her. Communicate clearly you're interested in a long term relationship.

Other things to do:

1) plan for a future. Can begin by taking courses together.

2) talk about long term goals, such as move in together, co-own a house, a car?

3) engage in mundane activities daily, like home cook and eat together, go shopping for groceries, go to the same gym, same sports, etc.

Doing the above will show her that you're interested in more than her body only.

Do something kind and nice for her ask her out. Tell her you love her. Tell her she’s more than just her body when you do. Stuff like that
