Few men hate women - they just don't see them as being "relationship material." I'm not saying there are NO haters, but it's pretty rare. There are far more man-hating women, though this is also more the exception than the rule. But besides the outright haters, the biggest problem are the women who have zero respect or appreciation for men and what men do for them. Again, I'm not saying this is all women, but this might be 50 or 60% of women - a huge and substantial amount - while the outright man-haters are probably less than 10%.

And these women who don't respect men feel completely entitled to use men for money, status, and lifestyle, and have no problem using the state to destroy them in divorce and family courts, and even to make false accusations of rape or abuse in some cases. This is such a larger problem than the haters that the haters are relatively insignificant.

Ruin it? Not yet, but those infuences in society, particularly feminism, and the resulting MGTOW, have certainly generated a lot of gender based hatred and seriously damaged gender relations. It will take many years to repair that damage, if that's even possible.

No, nothing ruined heterosexuality. People like their own genders because they're born that way. You can't change a person's sexuality just because someone doesn't like it. If a person is gay, they're gay, if a person is straight, they're straight. If they're attracted to both genders, they're bi. Same thing applies to pansexuality, etc... And if a person isn't attracted to anyone, regardless of gender, they're asexual. These things exist as a matter of fact.
