What should I do with my boyfriend and I’s relationship?

I’m really dumbfounded at the moment. We both work full time jobs Monday through Friday and barely have time to talk during the week. But I always try to call him to talk for a few minutes and say goodnight but he never answers. Because he falls asleep which I don’t mind but before he goes to bed after work he’s either watching tv or playing video games. During the weekend all he will do those days is play video games and watch tv. Barely even talks to me. I’m always having to start the conversation or the one to call. And when he does get on the phone with me he will just continue to play video games or games on his phone and totally ignores what I tell him and I have to repeat myself two or three times and just get a short response from it. Barely wants to see me either during the weekends, he’s always like oh imma try to work this week when he actually just plays video games the entire time. And I’m always having to be the first one to say I love you. I’m getting really burnt out in this relationship. So what should I do?

At this point, you might want to consider a more strategic shift to creative, nonverbal forms of communication. He needs to understand fully that you’re not going to compete with a video game for his attention.

A relationship works when there are equal efforts only if you are the one who's doing all these efforts and there's literally no efforts from his side then you should just leave him cause that's literally bare minimum and he can't even do bare minimum for you. You should leave him ASAP because no man is too busy for his girlfriend it take few seconds to send a text on someone and check on them but he won't even do that then he's good for nothing just dump him and go no contact with him end the things with him ASAP girl don't waste your energy on someone who's not even worthy of that
