Husband won't let me leave a hickey on his chest. we have always done it in the past & we leave them where they aren't visiable. is he cheating?

We been married for 7 years and recently our marriage has been rocky. We been fighting a lot as recently I discovered he's been unfaithful. While having sex he left hickeys on my chest where its not visible. I tried doing the same and he literally pushed my head away. This caught me off guard as he has never done that before I confronted him about it and he just got upset saying are you serious, I just didn't want one. Again he had NEVER done that before and used to ask me to leave marks on him.

He left in the morning for a haircut appointment and said he wasn't coming back home and going straight to work. I tried calling him and he won't answer. He turned off his location and took 300 cash on the ATM. I tried calling again if everything was okay and he still wouldn't answer. I believe he even blocked my number cause calls aren't going through anymore. I'm 100% sure now he was trying to meet someone and he's mad I suspected something so now he's running away like a coward.
