When we started dating, I quit smoking because she wasn't smoking and I was looking for a way out to quit. So I didn't match smoking with her, and whenever I mention smoking she doesn't like it. Lately, my work has been very stressful, so for about a month I started smoking only at work again but didn't tell her. Is it wrong?

Best thing you can do is be transparent with her. She has every right to be angry when you withhold information from her but she should support you for who you are.
After she’s mad she should recognize that you need help to quit (if that’s your goal) and support you to practice quitting but lying to her from omission will teach her to distrust you or not have faith in your transparency with the relationship.

Sort of. If she asks or mentions it and you lie, that’s definitely wrong. If you’re just not telling her everything, that’s not such a big deal. Since you seem to be concerned about her reaction, it’s kind of a big deal.
