My boyfriend went through my drawer and discovered my old psychological (not a good one) assessment, what now?

We've been together (live separately though) for 2 years now. There is part of my life I never really shared. For instance I never told him about getting expelled from a school as a kid, getting detained for a bit nor about my troubled upbringing with divorced parents. He visited me last week and while I was in the bathroom, we briefly went through one of my drawers (don't know why though) and that's where he found an old psychological assessment with the diagnosis. I was 10 at the time and supposedly the diagnoses were PTSD, conduct disorder, ADHD and mild bipolar traits.

Obviously he demanded an explanation for all that but I didn't really want to talk about it all. I've tried to bury all that. Then he started asking me a couple hard, sensitive questions I didn't feel like answering. Now he's upset I won't share it all. What now? I never wanted this to be found out. I wasn't even a teen at the time. Can I just live a normal life?
