Court case going on family pushing me to take a deal that would mess up any chance of me having a normal life agin what should I do?

My family keeps trying to push choices on me, which at first I was doing whatever they said out of fear, but nothing they told me to do worked out. They are now pushing me agin to try following another bs plan that may not even work that requires me to sign paperwork, and once I sign it their is no going back on it. I can't give too many details about my case publicly, but I will say there is a victim she has done this before to many men, and she's the key witness in the case. I have been made aware through friends that the victim will not help the police she understood what she did was wrong and doesn't want me going to jail over it.

The police haven't bought the victim into court yet since she has moved, and they are trying to find her now , I know where she is. They told me I better sign the deal before it's too late that im a fool if i think they won't find her and that she will help them put me in jail for a long time. The victim has had 3 kids since my case started and has grown as a person. She found me through my friends since she wanted to know what happened to me. we did talk about the case in person&over the phone, which I shouldn't have done for legal reasons. The victim has been willing to help me for 3 years now my family is aware of this but keep pushing me to take a deal that would stop me from working at 90% of jobs and give me a record. My case has been going on for about 6 years, and the key witness has been willing to help for 4 years now. The police only just started looking for the victims 1 day ago, and my lawyer says if the victims don't confirm certain things, it will make it hard for them to prove anything but he has zero idea what the victims will do since no one has heard from her in years. What should I do? I know the victim, aka the key witness, will 1000% help me. I blame myself for being mentally unstable back then and allowing her to take advantage of me, which made me break the law.

Update victim lied to me about something big and it fucked up my life she's done it in the past before but i still blame myself.

You need to follow your lawyers advice. And make sure you tell your lawyer that you are taking to the victim. This is illegal where I live. At least with the topic you're discussing. Pretty much, that's what happened. I'm not telling my lawyer that I'll get another charge. I should have just let Her keep trying to text my friends. I stop getting legal advice from my public defender since they always assume I'm lying or not be honest
