I think we get to choose in a lot of different ways who we want to be and what we want to do for me I wish I wouldn't have done a few things I don't regret anything because it was a big learning experience you have to go through pain before you can see the real light sometimes everything we do is learning experience so I can't regret anything whether it's a conscious choice in that moment or whether something just happens you stepped in it now you have to clean it off I mean there's nothing you can do about it except for deal with it learn from it live with it and grow with it regret is a wish almost I wish I wouldn't have done that well it's tough I did that and I have to do with it and that you've made me who I am today and I really like myself so I don't regret anything

Some people don’t like me saying this but both are important. If you can do bad things and never feel either of those emotions anymore. Something has gone HORRIBLY wrong.

I honestly think remorse is more important to have then regret. People can regret things they’ve done because of the consequences they had to deal with, but not feel any sort of remorse.

People who don’t feel remorse stay FAR away from. Many people don’t get that way overnight. It’s them making horrible decisions until they just don’t care anymore. Same with regret though.

Remorse. Regret focuses more on selfish reasoning. Like wish i would took that job, or wish i would've not got caught. Remorse focuses on your empathy towards harm caused to others.

I have always been of the opinion that it's better to ask forgiveness than permission. I realized that's selfish and arrogant and disrespectful and when people play that game with me I get really annoyed so I'm also a hypocrite.

Now remorse vs regret. I kind of see that as remorse being the internal reflective self where regret is expressed as an action or words.

I'd say regret... might be less bad not "better" I mean, remorse is worst... because it carries so much more guilt over some wrong you've done to others, that's worse for me
