My question is particularly directed at men but i also want women's opinion on it though so keeping it open for both.

So if you and your girlfriend/wife had kids, 1 or 2 and it has been going great for you all in every way. You wanted to have another kid after those but she always said no and you agreed, so during next few years you never asked her again and you guys have been living very happily.

A few years on.. you find out that your girlfriend/wife is now pregnant but it's not you who got her pregnant and neither does she know how it happened or who it was.

Will you raise that child along with yours?

What may the future possibilities be due to this child? How it will impact the happy family?

Is it possible all can still work the way it has been so greatly?

If you agree to raise the child and keep everything ok, do you think in future you may get sick of it?

And girls what would you do or think in such situation?

Look, I will tell you what my wife told me.
My wife's mother was 15.5 years old when my wife was born.
My wife's mother pretty much was a wild, out-of-control kid because she was the youngest of 4 children in a very dysfunctional family. My wife's mother - who is now dead - has given the family conflicting info as to who my wife's father is, so we really don't know. Lord knows, she was probably fucking every guy she could back then so maybe she never really knew who sired my wife.

Furthermore, my wife didn't even know who her real mother was until she was 30! This is because her mother was a wild-child, irresponsible teen. So, the mother's eldest sister and who was a disciplinarian adult, basically stole my wife when she was a toddler from her mother and then raised my wife as her own. Thus, my wife was raised by her aunt, but her aunt and her uncle never told my wife the truth and let my wife continue to believe that they were her parents. My wife only found out when she was 30; she suspected something was fishy, looked up the city records, and realized that her "aunt" was actually her mother since it is the aunt who gave birth on my wife's date of birth.

There's a lot more to it - my wife's family is a real dysfunctional family circus - but, the bottom line is that my wife does not know who with any certainty who her birth father is and, given my wife is 67, he is most likely dead.

If she magically gets pregnant, the issue is already deeper than a kid, she's obviously cheating. That's not my kid, that may be hers, but it's not mine.

I would gather my kids, get them DNA tested to make sure they're mine, do what I have to do to keep custody, and kick her ass out on the street... because she belongs to the streets.

Plus she knows exactly how she got pregnant... the amount of deception already going on right there doesn't shout "happy relationship" from the top of a mountain. She's refusing making kids with me and then putting herself in the baby making way with another/other men? Obviously! Hell naw.

This is how she can redeem herself...
1) Figure out who got her pregnant.
2) Charge that man with a crime. (because if she didn't cheat, she was raped in one way or another)
3) Abort that baby... collect DNA from it, and use that as evidence to further prosecute the rapist. She should be fully on board with me in destroying the rapist's life.
... and if she wanted that baby... she can have mine or GTFO with that bullshit. How is she going from not wanting a child to suddenly wanting one? ... The only answer to that is she hates my kids and wants that man's baby... and just wants me to help raise it for her.

Flip the table on this whole scenario and think about it. A child shows up on the doorstep with a note. This is your child, I don't want it, and there is the DNA evidence in an envelope. We get our own DNA test and yes it's my child. ... You going to believe I just don't know how that baby was made? Yes or no.

Back to what I originally said though, the whole scenario is deeper than just a child. She's out in situations, flirting, and dancing with other men... I still think she belongs to the streets. However, I would still track him down so that I can destroy his life and then systematically destroy the 304's life as well. My goal will be to keep my kids, take them both for child support, and live a lifestyle of lifting weights and banging women while providing my kids a great home to live in with plenty of food... oh, and I'd play video games instead of working.

Say they break up for a number of years. She gets pregnant and has a child. The father of the first two has still been a regular participant as a father. Him and her start getting close again and decide to make another go of it. I think he could take that child on as his. He would be around it anyways through seeing his own kids. .

My 2nd child was conceived after I broke up with my husband. We never got back together but he sometimes still spoke about accepting my second as part of his side of the family. Him and his parents give her money at Christmas. But it's less than for the "true" biological daughter. So it's obviously hard for people to accept fully. But it's definitely not impossible.

I also dated a man when I was pregnant with her and although I didn't want to pursue a relationship he obviously was willing as he knew I was pregnant before we dated.

My answer is definitely no, but she would already know exactly what my position was because we would have discussed it at the very beginning. And that's exactly what we did when I started dating my girlfriend - we thoroughly discussed expectations and boundaries, because you need to know exactly what you are getting into and exactly what you each expect from each other.

I'm pretty sure that the woman you are referring to is a "professional" provider of services to men, and presumably the man she is in a relationship with knows this and is okay with it. In that rather unusual situation, he may be more accepting of this, but I would say that the majority of men would not be - nor would they be with a provider in the first place. The men who are tend to be a different breed, so there's perhaps a better chance of a positive outcome - but the overall odds are still not in her favor.

I can't speculate any further, as I don't have enough information to do so.

I’d file for divorce. I’d also petition to get my kids. But the way the court systems work today chances are she’d still get the kids, I’d end up having to pay child support even though she messed up our family. Hell wouldn’t be surprised if I ended up having to pay child support too for that baby because it was concerned during our marriage. So there’d be more legal stuff to deal w. This I why a lot of men don’t want to get married. They’d like to, but it’s not worth the risk to many of them.
