My boyfriend has been lying to me but I don't know what to do. Any advice?

Couple months ago my boyfriend quit his job and wanted to do tattooing from our home full time. He's only had the 4 same clients the past two months and I've been paying all the rent ($1200/month), I paid $3000 for a car in his name because we both needed it and I don't have a license, I've paid for all our food, and he was treating himself to my money without asking. A week ago I asked him to get a job and help me out. He said if he had a part-time and tattooed at the same time he'd get burnt out. He threw a huge tantrum and eventually agreed to get a job. I've learned his mom is moving into our 1 bedroom house and she's gonna be paying rent and food so him and I can save money to move. He's told me quite a bit about how he used to own a shop but sold it to move for his mom. I have found nothing on the shop. I google image searched the pictures he sent me of, "tattoos he's done." Almost every single one came up from Pinterest and didn't seem to be his work. When I first got together with him, he told me he was working at one of the local tattoo shops. Later he must've forgotten and when he met one of my friends, my boyfriend told my friend that he never worked there. When we were first getting together he would go silent for weeks at a time and always had an excuse. I was diagnosed with HSV 2 when I first moved in. I asked him multiple times if he had any STD's or STI's. He said no but when I noticed the first outbreak and told him, I hugged him and his heart was pounding FAST. It's been 11 months that we've been together and he hasn't had a single outbreak. We even had sex during multiple outbreaks because he said he wanted to be with me and didn't care. I don't know what to do. It's just strange.

Update: I met one of his ex's. She confirmed with me that he gave her hsv 2. I texted him, told him I met one of his ex's and blocked his number. I didn't say anything more than that. Last night when I got to the house, he had my stuff packed for me. He knew exactly why I was upset. He apologized, signed the car out of his name and gave me the key, then just kept saying how I deserve better and he didn't want to believe he had it and he helped me put everything in my friends truck. I'm in pain.

A woman I work with has HSV 2 as well. She told me she was transparent with all of her partners and she ended up being alone for 20 years and never got to have children.
