Cheating is basically an action that you cannot tell your partner because you know in your gut it's wrong. Some people have a better sense of morality than others. For example... liking or following someone or even a bunch of people on instagram is not cheating. It's really not a big deal, even if it makes some girls feel insecure.

Flirting with someone else purposely is definitely cheating. Having feelings for someone else isn't necessarily cheating unless you act on it. People can grow attached to people they spend time with and feel they have more compatibility with than their partners. It doesn't make you a bad person or a cheater for having those feelings.

If we planned something, and he changed plans to meet someone else - cheating (bonus points if he lies about it)

Telling other partners my business - cheating

Meeting someone who I don't like - cheating

Prioritizing someone over me - cheating

Getting someone pregnant/doing family shit with them like taking their kids together somewhere or visiting their parents/siblings/relatives - cheating

To me doing anything romantic & sexual is considered cheating. Kissing, cuddling, flirting, having sex, doing anything sexual, etc. is considered cheating. Hugs are always fine for a platonic greeting though.
