Why is it acceptable for a wife to take money from her husband and put it away as an escape plan, but it's wrong for a man to ask for a prenup?

Question is simple, they both serve the same purpose. Though the first one is wrong because it's done behind his back. Where as the other is asked before marriage.

If a wife is keeping money as an escape plan then she's likely in an abusive relationship and needs money to run. I mean if she's divorcing she's going to get half at least anyhow, maybe alimony and child support. If she's a real mean spirited vindictive person and is leaving she could potentially get her husband arrested for fake domestic abuse, martial rape and other stuff and while he's locked up raid their joint bank accounts, change the locks on their home, get a restraining order and sell all his property. Maybe even empty his personel accounts. She might have run up huge debts already on his credit cards.

I myself keep money in my marraige less as an escape plan but more as a back up plan and emergency fund and it's partly cash. It's actually a decent amount. The finacial crash wasn't too long ago.
