Why is it acceptable for a wife to take money from her husband and put it away as an escape plan, but it's wrong for a man to ask for a prenup?

Question is simple, they both serve the same purpose. Though the first one is wrong because it's done behind his back. Where as the other is asked before marriage.

It's as if women focus on the failure rather than the future.
