Should I apologize after 4 years?

So in high school, I've been kinda bitchy to this old friend of mine for a few months in senior year. There were a few girls in that school who were mean to me so I guess I took out my anger out on her even though she is innocent. I didn't curse at her or assaulted her but I said some mean things. Should I text her and apologize to her?
