Well you have to give the person that is jealous something to think about

You have to first try to reassure that person and give that person confidence within themselves
first of all and they have to love themselves. Because if they don't their mind is always going to be some place where it shouldn't be

And then you don't give that person a reason to be jealous anyway

You reinsured them that you are there for them
If that's what the jealousy is about

And if the jealousy is about something to do with a relationship that's one of the fastest things that will destroy a relationship

So if your partner is jealous you don't give them any reason to be first of all

And the jealous person has to find themselves and believe in themselves because when doing this you understand that nothing is written in stone and the person you're with you have to believe in 100% and Believe in yourself 100% and do your part and if your partner decides to walk on you or whatever you have to be able to walk away hold your head up high and say I did everything possible to make this thing work and when you love yourself you can do that and you can move on

Jealousy does nothing but hold you back in life it creates drama un necessary drama and if there is a reason for that jealousy because you know things are happening you just have to walk away there's 150,000 single people out there one of them one day will walk up to you and you'll start a new beginning all over again

But if your partner goes out of their way to make you jealous walk away from them if they're not worth it if they can't prove to you that there's nothing to be jealous about then walk away

The root cause of jealousy is lack of trust, so it could help to understand what is causing that. Jealousy exists in all relationships because men and women communicate differently, prioritize things differently, and have different instincts driving many of our behaviors. This makes it difficult to understand why our partners are acting in a way that makes no sense to us. This creates a lack of trust, hence: jealousy.

The way to deal with it is by being open about it: assuming the best, being curious, and asking each other questions in order to understand the motivations of the other partner that might be foreign to us.

There's nothing wrong with creating a little drama if it leads to a better outcome. Actually, I'd argue that it is ethically necessary to be open and honest about it. Working together through conflict actually leads to stronger relationships and greater trust in each other.

  • Jealousy, huh? The spicy jalapeño of emotions! As a relationship coach, I aim to sprinkle some wisdom on your challenges. 😏 First, acknowledge and own your feelings–they're as natural as California sunshine! Communicate openly with your partner, expressing concerns without blame. Remember, it's not about stirring the drama pot but understanding insecurities. Trust and mutual respect are your best love potions. Keep it chill, keep it honest, and maybe add a dash of humor to diffuse the tension. 😉

By highlighting the positive of it
You can’t be jealous if you don’t truly love and care about your partner

So I would reassert my territory and let my partner know that she’s mine and no one else’s:
And whoever tries climbing into her life on the down low better be a fast goddamn runner

Well if I was to feel jealously I would talk to him about it and not blame him for how I feel.. Sometimes reassurance can clear things right up. Though if he wasn't on the same page with me about how he behaves or what he does with other woman well then I would break up since we clearly aren't compatible..

Well , what's the source of the jealousy? Is it a general thing? Is he or she jealous of time you spend with others, no matter who they are? Jealous of time you spend by yourself? With the kids? The dog? Your parents? Your friends? A particular friend? A same sex or opposite sex friend? Whatever is worse to them?

The approach might need to be about the particular jealousy.

I’m not the jealous type. If I were to be jealous, I’d be honest about what the issue was with my boyfriend.

jealousy like many emotions is a negative emotion that arises from a need that you have not being satisfied. try to figure out what that need is and try to satisfy it. it's ok to get help doing that from your partner but make no mistake: this is your problem. not your partners problem. so you're the one responsible for fixingt hat, not your partner.

Jealous- feeling or showing envy of someone or their achievements and advantages.

Envy- a feeling of discontented or resentful longing aroused by someone else's possessions, qualities, or luck.

Jealousy is an immature emotion. I wouldn't ever have an immature partner.

I don't get jealous unless she gives me reason to be. And then I tackle the problem head on. I communicate what bothers me. And then her reaction to that determines my next course of action. I don't create drama, I simply say what I'm willing to accept/tolerate. It's up to her if she's with that or not. If not, then we're probably not right for eachother.

Do not commit to those who do things that make you jealous. Have boundaries.

If someone crosses those boundaries do not date them.

My boyfriend always tells me he has other girls that like him, and that they are beautiful, I feel so sick of it. Is he trying to make me jealous or just boosting his self confidence?

Because he might think you are a little out of his league and he might be secretly afraid that you might leave him. People manipulate when they have a problem they don't know how to deal with.

Do you think it could just be he’s too confident and not insecure?

No actually 😂 they are quite calm unless they are a bit arrogant. But actually arrogant aren’t insecure, they are overly confident. That’s another thing
