If you find out your brother deliberately got his wife pregnant with their 2nd child, would you tell her or keep quiet about it?

My brother is 13 years my senior (he's 45 years old) and their 2nd child is now 17 years old. His wife didn't want another child, just their daughter. He poked holes on all of them and the rest is history. Both children are daughters.

I discovered this information recently during their moving process. I was helping them throw old stuff and among the many items was an old journal. Curiosity took over me and I started reading it. He had a written confession there, asking to be forgiven for what he's about to do but he just wanted another child, just one more. The details were explained there and he clearly felt guilt about it. She never found out and doesn't know. She thinks it was a surprised, miracle pregnancy and clearly loves both girls.

Usually I'm all up for telling the truth but the girl is almost an adult by now and they seem happy in their marriage. I'm thinking of throwing it away and letting him live with his guilt. Would you tell her or stay out of it?
