Whys my ex mad at me even though he broke up with me?

He broke up with me and I wanted him back but he didn't want to but said we could be friends so i gave up and accepted it. He moves onto another girl and i took it all like a champ, saying congrats but he didn't seem to like that. I asked him what she was like, if she was wifey material and I got crickets. Me and him have a pretty good connection so I sent him some new pics of me and my new car I thought he'd be excited for me but I got crickets. Lol I'm like dudeeeeee you got what you wanted in every way why are you being salty?

The best thing you can do is just keep being cool and confident. Don't let his salty attitude get to you. If he wants to act weird about you sharing your life updates, that's his problem, not yours. Keep living your best life, girl! Focus on yourself and your new car and all the awesome things you've got going on.

If he wants to stay friends, he's going to have to get over his own issues. You can try talking to him about it if you feel like it, but don't feel obligated to walk on eggshells around him. You deserve to be happy, whether he's a part of your life or not.
