No, you are not but it's important that partners acknowledge the other's effort. My wife does a lot for me and I'm constantly thankful. Some things she does: manages the grocery shopping so that we're rarely out of anything. Organizes the kitchen so the things I need are readily at hand. Buys clothes for me on approval because I hate to shop. Does most of the laundry.

No, there are times that she imagines her without me, like a bad dream and she becomes a mixture of sad and then relieved and happy and starts love bombing me for a week. I think it's weird but I do appreciate it. And she is already good to me outside of those phases.

Now your on the right track. Sure you should feel grateful for what he does, but don't cut yourself short because that same good guy is grateful for you as well doing your part which obviously is usually different than what his are.

No I don't think you are! All three of my girlfriends (different cities) show tons of gratitude towards me. Always have my hot meals ready and a sassy sweet bed for me to get my lovin' on.
