I shoved my girlfriend in a seat from her chest (not the breast) by accident on impulsivity and I dont know what to do?

We were sitting in a tour bus, and previously we were wondering, how to lean the seat. I figured it out the next day and I was impatient ( when it happenned) because of we had a argument the morning of the shoving. when I found out i wanted to tell her but instead I used action of pulling her back in the seat while she was seated to lay back. I did it with force. But i never intented to hurt her. Now we are separated, she went to stay at her friends to think things through and me too. I love her so much and being away from is painful. I don't want to lose her and I dont know what to do, only giving her space.
