My husband is visiting his family without me?

My husband and I are visiting his home country, however we are staying somewhere that is a few hours from where his family stay. His plan is to stay a few days extra to visit his family and I go back on my own.

I’m quite annoyed though because I wanted us to stick together, but I don’t have many extra days to take off work. Am I wrong for wanting to stick together, whether we go to his family or go home together?

He perhaps finds the idea of blending of different cultures daunting and wants to keep it simple.
However, you are his wife and this is an obvious opportunity to introduce you to his family so I tend to side with you on this one.

If your husband is not willing to take you to visit his family that is a huge Red Flag. He is obviously introducing them to the other lady in his life.
