Should I tell a guy I like him even though he has a girlfriend or not go there?

It’s a bit complicated, but there’s a guy who I had mutual feelings for five months now, anyway at the time I was with my ex boyfriend, so although I liked him nothing happenedt.

I’ve since split up with my boyfriend and this guy still gives me signs that he likes me. Although I’ve found out he’s recently started seeing a girl (last two months).

its hard seeing him daily (we work together, but different teams), as he still seems to like me, so do I get over it or tell him? It is terrible to do this whilst he’s embarking on a new relationship.

I just feel like there are feelings there on both sides and not sure how to get over him, knowing he still likes me,

I get where you’re coming from and the timing of this all definitely sucks since you were in a relationship but now you’re single and he’s seeing someone.
However, that doesn’t mean you should put him in the position of having to choose between you and her. If you’d been happier or more content in your relationship, you’d still be with that guy and your friend would be SOL. So let him have his own experience and you shouldn’t want to rob the woman he is seeing of hers. If they don’t work out and you’re still interested then that’s your cue, but until then just find some distractions and let their relationship play out however god intends.

He is in a committed relationship, that should be enough to stop you from saying anything or continuing these feelings for him. It would be considered disrespectful and pretty terrible since it could potentially damage his relationship. Damaging a relationship in itself is bad enough, but let’s say he does have feelings for you… what happens then? You’re ok with someone being heart broken? Are you ok with someone that is so fickle and doesn’t take relationships seriously? Having feelings for someone while you’re in a relationship sounds like the biggest red flag ever.

Ye su know what you mean, the timing is terrible and yes I wouldn’t want to hurt anyone. You mean him potentially baving feelings for me whilst in a relationship is a red flag? I don’t think he's meant too, it’s just we had a lot of chemistry before to this.

When someone enters a relationship, they fully commit to their partner. If he is still interested or showing interest in you, that would be considered emotional cheating. A loyal partner wouldn’t even consider someone else regardless of any kind of chemistry or relationship in the past. What is most important is that you respect his current relationship, any past chemistry is out the window.

Why not? He doesn’t have a ring on his finger , if he likes you the same way then that’s his choice on what he chooses to do , if he loves his girlfriend , then he will decline your offer. If he likes you more than his girlfriend, then he will more than likely
Leave his girlfriend to be with you. So there is nothing wrong with expressing your feelings to someone , it’s on them on what they choose to do

Yes I know what you mean. I guess it just feels a bit harsh to do that whilst he has a girlfriend, but at the same time, we obviously have a chemistry so I am at a bit of a loss
