Is it reasonable or okay for there to come to a point in a relationship when women can be the ones to plan and set up dates, activities?

I'm already completely aware that it is the norm for the guy, man, to be the one to plan and set up the first couple of dates, but after becoming exclusive, is there ever a time where its okay or fine, for the woman to be the one to plan and set up dates and activities to do? Are there any healthy relationships, couples out there, in which it doesn't solely fall on 1 gender's shoulders to be the one to plan and set up dates, activities to do?

Because me personally, i would not be comfortable having to be the one doing that for all of the relationship, sure yes the first few couple of dates yes, thats understandable, but not for the whole relationship though.

Sometimes it does fill me with anger and resentment on how nature and reality has always dictated that its the mans role to lead the relationship or be the leader in the relationship, whats wrong with a partnership?
