Men have since the beginning of time been the ones who did the work away from home while wives were there to run the household budgets, create meals and turn a house into a home. What if a man wanted to remain at home while you, his partner and confidant, lover and provider went into the rat race, worked the system, hustled for extras, busted your ass to become the provider he deserves for making your house a home.

BUT would you DATE, MARRY or SCREW just for the novelty of getting one over on a man?

I would be open to dating someone like that, but I’m only 19 so I don't know how far it would go. (Also, I’m happily dating someone who wants a career like I do, so this is just a hypo.)

I’m not sure. It’s not like totally unthinkable, though it requires a girl who’s making good money from her career or who has money from some other source.

Absolutely, these days both parties in a family have been pushed into the rat race by necessity just to get by. I recall as a kid , parents who married could claim tax relief on their stay at home spouse in that the tax free income that could be earned before inland revenue was doubled. BUT that is no longer the case. There was also tax relief for each kid as I recall.

I don’t understand all the details about taxes, but I do know in a lot of families both parents have to work.

Yes the work work chores life takes away an opportunity to MAKE a HOME. It's something I think LOADS of men who are currently working would jump at IF there was a sabbatical say and they could be allowed a paid stay at home year out. THAT would be an epic W
