Is anyone else always single but people act like you are such a great catch?

i have autism, ADHD, ADD and bipolar 2 disorder along with a possible nerve or muscle problem but people ask me "are you single?" and i tell them i am and they always have a "suprised" face or a "what? thats strange" face and i just can't understand why like seriously im nowhere near a good catch like these people claim and it just honestly makes me wonder. anyway my question is anyone else who is always single do people act suprised when its revealed you are single? and do they try to make you out like such a great catch? thanks for any responses! :}
