Physical intimacy is things like cuddles, spooning, kissing, etc. and sexual intimacy is all of those same things but with the express intent that it leads to sex. Women can tell this difference instantly, which is why they initiate so many divorces. They hate how objectified they feel because their husband refuses to touch them unless he has some unspoken promise of it leading to sex, and then resents her when she says she doesn’t want to have sex but just be close
