Another reason I think people should not take cheaters back into their life period , Even though the cheater may or may not cheat again, the cheater is probably going to assume the non cheater is going to cheat on them for revenge or some shit , So how does a relationship survive after cheating occurs? If I cheated on a girl and she gave me another chance? I would refuse her offer because I already know what I did to her was wrong , so I am not going to go back to her thinking things will be ok between us , it would just be a matter of time before she decides to cheat on me is how I look at it , So why put yourself in that situation period?

After someone cheats on their meaningful partner in a relationship the trust is broken for eternity. You can never have the same trust for the person who cheated on. Like breaking a glass into very small pieces when you drop it and it breaks - it will never be the same again no matter how hard you try to put it back to its original state.
The day I found out that my husband was cheion me, in my mind it was over right then. I even helped hi pack up his stuff the day he moved out and never even tried to come back.
But to answer your question for the people who are willing to take a big risk by taking the cheater back they should expect the person who they cheated on might want to hurt them in the same way that they were hurt. There are no guarantees BUT paybacks are essential sometimes.
Personally I wouldn't cheat if they came back because I don't let just anyone inside of my body and especially if it was revenge sex.

Yeah I don't see a relationship surviving cheating. I guess some do and maybe there are special circumstances. But in general I think it's better to be clear that cheating is a nail in the coffin. No coming back. Because your right, how could you ever not forgive your partner cheating if you did it to them first? It's a cycle just not worth it.
