Not if they are the right partner for you. That wears your shoes the same way they want you to wear theirs , Relationships only get boring if the relationship is one sided , meaning one partner only cares about what’s best for themselves and doesn’t factor in their partners’ feelings as well. If you only care about yourself , then you should t get into a relationship with anyone because sadly you are a selfish person that only thinks about yourself. Selfish people shouldn’t not get into relationships period because it’s not going to last until you learn to remove selfishness from yourself and for your partner , if you can’t do that for your partner, don’t expect them to do that for you , it takes 2 people choosing each other to make love grow between you both , it’s not always going to be perfect because no relationship is perfect and nobody is perfect , But when you choose each other over everyone else in this world your relationship will come pretty damn close to perfect. If you both make each other your top priority , if you are not a top priority then you are best to reconsider that relationship unless you like being treated as a convenience, Someone that truly loves you won’t treat you like a convenience period. Unfortunately I found that out the long hard way but now I will never let that happen to me again , when a girl treats me like a convenience she becomes mine as well

I would say people who marry are looking for reliability, stability and a direct place for affection and happiness sentiments in a lasting connection, as well as consistent emotional bonding and mutual structural strength in navigating through life's challenges. They are not looking for excitement or thrilling interactions with the opposite gender. And if they want kids, all the more reason to marry as opposed to just dating.
