Yesterday I fell asleep on the couch and when I opened my eyes I saw my Partner texting another woman on social media. I didn't see the content of the messages I just saw a conversation, I also couldn't see her face properly or her social media username but I saw him checking her pictures. I could not react in the moment because I was extremely drowsy from my medication but it made me feel insecure. I'm trying to stay as calm as possible as I do not want to make a seen. Is it worth addressing this or am I just overreacting?
