Thought of breaking up would never cross my mind. Whether he gets diagnosed with aphasia, parkinson's or any other disease that causes speech problems, memory problems or makes it extremely difficult for him stand and walk, I'd stay with him and be there for him whenever he needs me... because what sort of love is it if you want to leave your partner when they need you the most? My love for him wouldn't change.

If it happens when she's my partner i'd want to stick with her because thats the point of life long love / commitment right? A unity between souls even trough the hard parts. But communication is big for me so I don't think I could fall for someone that already has this, and it would be hard on me either way depending how severe.
