Depends on the couple. Some guys are ALWAYS dominant outside the house so when they come home they want to be tended to and at ease, so the lady of the house takes over as the dominant one (the planner, the caretaker, the accountant, etc.). Similarly, some gals are in that situation and prefer to come home and not be as bossy as they have to be at work.

I think most couples are in control of certain things within the home. I know growing up, my mom had final say about what goes on in the house, my dad was more in control of outside projects. If a big purchase needed to be made, they talked about it but if it was needed, whoever needed it had final say. When it came to the kids, my dad ruled my brother's and my mom pretty much ruled me 😂😂
