Sham marriage relationship?

I am currently living in my boyfriend’s house with his little brother. I lived here for over 2 years and helped pay for mortgage as well. My boyfriend little brother finally has his first girlfriend. The girl is bisexual and an international student who is married to a gay guy and lives with him in the same apartment, according to her, it is just to have the green card to live here in the country. My boyfriend little brother wants to bring her home but since I live here with them I don’t feel comfortable to see her or even be around her because I find her whole situation very strange.. Does anyone else find this relationship strange? And do I have the right to say I don’t want her in the house even though I helped pay for mortgage and even if it is my boyfriend house?

Sham marriages are a thing used to illegally facilitate immigration. I would have moral doubts about this girl because she is willing to deceive. You could make that point to the little brother but I don't think that will stop him from getting between her legs.

You need to discuss with your boyfriend but he is probably supportive of his little brother getting between this girls legs too.

I think perhaps a compromise might be in order because it sort becomes a fight to the death otherwise.

That might be she can be invited on specific weekends or specific weeknights and you may not want to have much interaction with her.

I think it is reasonable that you make your moral objection to her known and you have some right to say what happens in your home environment.

The girl knows very well that I don’t like her because of her unusual situation. I never met her but if I did I would tell her straight up to her face in person that I personally think my boyfriend little brother can find someone more decent. I am always home and if she comes I will for sure not even say hi to her. I think of prime importance in your situation is to not allow it to disrupt your relationship with your boyfriend. That should be of prime importance.

It is pretty easy for her to say that her husband is gay and it is a sham marriage. If that is the case than little brother should be able to go to her place to fuck her since a gay sham husband should not have jealousy issues and presumably they discussed that when working out the deal.

Your ultimate bargaining position is that you will report her to immigration authorities and let yourself be negotiated down to not doing so if she stays away.

He has a part time job but doesn’t work many hours. My boyfriend said that on his little brother phone, he put for name as his employer ‘do not answer’ so if ever they call him wanting to offer him a shift it would say ‘do not answer’ and he does exactly that. He doesn’t answer..
