Because a lot of people have a hard time loving themselves, let alone loving someone else , if you can’t love yourself, then it’s close to impossible to love someone else, because you really have no love to give , if you can’t Love yourself. Bottomline you should never depend on someone else for
Your own happiness, if you depend on someone else for your happiness, then you are setting yourself up for disaster , if that’s the case especially if they fail to do so , which they more than likely will , especially if you are loving someone that doesn’t love themselves. Why it’s best to not stay in a relationship with someone that is constantly miserable or constantly negative about things , the negative energy they possess can rub off on you and make you feel miserable and negative as well. Sometimes the right thing to do is to walk away from a relationship like that and eventually find someone that is more positive than negative. Life is too short to stay with someone that makes it difficult for you to love them , let someone else put up with that shit and go find someone that wants to be happy and positive with you instead. One of the best things I did for myself was leaving my negative miserable ex , even though I still love and care about her , I realized she was slowly bringing me down to her negative miserable level , so walking away from her was the best decision I made for myself because i eventually started dating girls’ that were happy and positive and life has been so much better being around people that are happy and positive instead of miserable and negative all the time.
