No. it is an excuse for bad behavior. Cheating to me is an instant hard stop your out of there scenario whether it is emotional or physical.

If she has a complaint then lets talk about it as adults. If not, I can point out the door and welcome her to use it at anytime she sees fit.

Nobody’s entitled to cheat. The opportunity being there is simply a test of integrity. Narcissists will use any excuse to make themselves feel better and look better because they genuinely believe their actions are justified. They don’t feel remorse or shame for what they did except for looking bad.

"Entitled?" How could they be? "Entitled" implies that someone or some agency has made a promise. The bounds of a relationship are determined by the people in it. If a partner cheats, the other partner can decide whether to remain in the relationship.

Women and men aren’t entitled to cheat, although if they are doing it out of fear of being themselves / their partner is extremely abusive and unhinged…. It is expected to be justified and I don’t see no wrong in it since they don’t want to take legal matters to resolve the conflict out of fear of their own life or life of loved ones or revenge taken through divorce.
