How am I supposed to cope with my friends death?

I googled near death experiences when I was a teenager, one man was an atheist and attempted suicide after he married a woman that was always cheating on him, instead of dying, he had a dream about what his life would be like if he killed himself, God told him he would be reborn in a new life where he would have the exact same problems he had in the life he killed himself in and how he would be forced to suffer everything he had ever suffered in his current life all over again, because God used his suffering to test him and train his character. He also saw that his wife would abuse his kids if he committed suicide and that they would have no parent to guide them or protect them if he ended his life. He woke up from his dream, believing in God and no longer atheist, and got ready to divorce his wife and claim custody of the kids.

What I am saying is, your friend might be reborn into a new life, where they will be given a second chance to go through the same problems they did in the previous life, without killing themselves after they are done, that way they can die and go to heaven in their new birth.

A best friend of mine that was like a brother to me , took his own life as well , which devastated me , the only way I somewhat coped with it , was time , there is no set time limit on how long you grieve a loss of someone that you loved and cared about, so don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Just live your life best way you can , because unfortunately there isn’t anything you can really do but accept the fact that they are gone

You don't. That feeling will last forever. You will just gradually become more numb to it as time passes. I had a friend in 2nd grade that accidentally hung himself with a belt playing around in his bunk bed. Im 33 now and I still think about him and his family. I had two friends kill themselves shortly after high school over women as well. Had a cousin kill himself after getting ptsd in the military.
