What do you do when you try to forget a love without happy end?

I don't know how I'm struggling to do that now. The sad part i saw a red leaf yesterday and i kept saying i would spend eternity trying to make amends trying to fix things but at this point i don't think it can be. I'll probably spend the rest of eternity in mourning and deep regret over everything that happened. If i could turn back time and undo everything from the very beginning i would just so those mistakes could be erased. I tried my best that night to work things out but she wasn't having it. Her mind was already made up almost two years ago where i stood with her and nothing i would of said was going to change that. When i saw that red leaf i knew i was going to spend the rest of eternity in deep regret and sorrow

Do you your best to not think about it. Don't make contact with the person. Generally the time frame it takes is around 3 months to get over someone. Faster if you are able to hang out with friends or have aome meaningful conversations with someone.
