Can unplanned pregnancies end up well between two people?

When a guy thinks and wants to get you pregnant eventually once he's stable and wants to be a good dad and be stable and married before having a baby and when he's talking about getting you pregnant he's not thinking about it in a planning sense can things work out well with a non planned pregnancy has anyone had a good experience with that?

Of course it's POSSIBLE, but that's the wrong question to ask because it's almost irrelevant. The question that's FAR more important and relevant is - "What is the LIKELIHOOD that an unplanned pregnancy will end up going well in the long run?" And it turns out that the odds are quite bad. It's not zero, but it's in the single digits of percentage.

Do you not understand why marriage was created, and why there were all these rules about relationships, such as men asking the woman's father for her hand in marriage, and for women to be virgins until their wedding night? These and other related rules were primarily to protect the WOMEN and eventually the CHILDREN. Older women created these systems in recognition that younger women made terrible, extremely shallow and short term choices when left to their own devices, and so they developed a societal framework to protect them from disastrous outcomes as much as possible. They understood, with decades of wisdom, that being rich or being handsome or being exciting didn't mean a man would be a good husband or father.

Unfortunately, Feminism, which is itself a bastard child of Marxism, taught women to reject these systems designed to protect them and to choose their own paths on their own. How has that worked out for women? 40% of adult women are on antidepressants and more than 25% of women under 30 have an OF account. That's the result of the same shallow and short term decision-making that those systems were designed to save young women from, not to mention the children.

In the very likely event that an unplanned pregnancy doesn't work out well, it's the children who suffer the most. Growing up without a father is terrible for children's discipline and self-esteem, and tends to lead boys to crime and girls to the pole.

The other irony is that the men who benefit from Feminism are those who are immoral and avoid responsibility, and it's the woman who suffer the rest of their lives from their own lack of accountability in their 20s. Sure, it's often a fun time in the moment, but the bill comes due sooner or later, and you can't avoid paying it.

Meh... it's a tossup. The fact that they liked each other enough to MAKE the baby doesn't mean they like each other to live together, work with each other or raise a kid with good values.

I don't know.. I wouldn't plan on it.. If a guy doesn't want a kid rn he probably won't want it if you 'accidentally' got pregnant rn either lol Have kids with people who want kids..

It was not so long ago that all Pregnancies were unplanned. Of course the purpose of marriage was to create a family, support them and grow old together. Focus has changed. It did not work out all of the time long ago. But more people were into the thought of the American Dream, and because industry was making that dream possible, It appeared possible and worth trying. "Just Molly and me and the baby makes three. We're happy in my Blue Heaven." What happened. The consequences of not being successful in the Government's eye has become a deterrent to the idea of having children, Expectations changed at the same time jobs disappeared. Unplanned means something entirely different now, it feels like mistake these days.

Yes, it *can* end well, but it really depends on the two people, not the situation.

Some couples handle an unplanned pregnancy beautifully because

• they already respect each other

• they communicate honestly

• they both choose to show up, even if life isn’t “perfect” yet

Others fall apart because the foundation wasn’t strong enough to handle the pressure.

A guy saying he wants to get you pregnant “eventually” is very different from him being emotionally, financially, and mentally ready *now*.

A baby doesn’t fix anything, it amplifies whatever’s already there.

If the bond is stable and both people choose the same direction, things can turn into a good story.

If not, it usually becomes stressful fast.

So yes, unplanned pregnancies can end well… , but only when the connection, maturity, and teamwork are already solid.

My parents had a good thing till I was 6, lasted till I was 10 and the hate one of them had for the other became a bomb that in a lot of ways ruined all of our lives.

I have memories of them being amazing as a husband and wife and I have menories of the slow process and I can look back on it as an adult now and say that you can't blame other people for things that effect you.

It feels unfair maybe it is, but it WILL turn to hate and it WILL turn into self lotheing.

Learn to let go. I've almost never heard of someone's life going as planned. Sometimes things will change like a knuckle curveball or a Cheifs game... Or like a baby.

It can, but think about what you're asking. If you buy a lottery ticket you MIGHT win the lottery. Sure in the case of the lottery you lose a couple dollars when you're likely wrong and don't win. But think about what you lose when you choose the wrong guy and get pregnant.🤔 Is it really worth the gamble?

Yes an unplanned pregnancy can work out. But it doesn't FAR MORE often. And then the woman becomes less desirable to men as a SINGLE MOM.

Choose wisely. You and your offspring can't afford to get this decision wrong.

Technically I was unplanned and my parents' marriage lasted another 10 or 11 years, and they had another child after me.

Both my sister and I turned out pretty well. My parents had a nasty divorce though... It didn't have anything to do with kids though.

The success of the situation depends far more on how the two people navigate the news and the subsequent life changes than on whether the pregnancy was scheduled or planned.

I hate the term “unplanned” pregnancy. The two people having sex should know that pregnancy is a possibility. Condoms break, the pull out method is trash, and birth control sometimes fail.

Yes. My sister's first child was not intended. She is now married and has 3 total with the same guy. I would personally make and extremely strong effort to have a relationship with someone I got pregnant.
