Yes, if she releases two or more eggs each egg can be fertilized by different mens sperm. That would mean she could have twins (or triplets etc) who have different dads. This has happened, there are many examples of this.

If two eggs are fertilized one of the twins can absorb the other and if this happens very early on the surviving twin can be a chimaera, meaning they have different dna in different parts of their body. Their skin color can be different on different parts of the body, different eye colors in each eye/part of their eye (all people who have different eye colors in each eye are not chimaeras, this can happen other ways too), different hair colors in patches on their head etc because some parts of their body has their own dna and some parts have the dna of their absorbed twin. It’s not always visible in their looks though. Many look just normal and don’t have a clue that they are chimaeras, but it’s still detectable by them having different dna in for example their skin cells and their egg cells.

One single egg can be fertilized by two sperm but those embryos usually don’t survive because it has 23 extra chromosomes. There is however an example of two sperm fertilizing a single egg that split and created twins that lived and was normal. Twins like this are called ”semi-identical”. They have the same genes from their mom (as they come from the same egg) but different genes from their dad (s) as they come from different sperms.

There are also examples of women getting pregnant while they were already pregnant. So they ovulated even though they were pregnant already and got pregnant again. So they carry twins that are at different gestations. If this happens the babies can be fathered by different men. It’s called superfetation.

Only in exceptionally rare circumstaces involving two eggs being fertalized close together and being fertalized by two different men. I don't see how a woman would possibly know though. I am not an expert.

Is this a hypothetical general interest question? Or do you worry you might be in that situation?
