This girl... at minimum... had too many drugs and "mushrooms" and decided to kill her boyfriend and killed another guy. She's up for parole in 2037.

In some ways, she was a normal developing female. Hard to say what is drugs vs just "that difficult time of life". She made some bad decision (s) and it cost two guys their lives... at 94mph into a brick wall!

Note, it is not clear why the other two guys were not wearing seatbelts. One wonders if she manipulated them to not wear them.
