I think it’s very much technically possible
But liking or loving someone requires an effort on their part to be likable or lovable
Typically people don’t make the effort of “seducing” people who are already with someone else (on principle at least)
When it’s done it creates the confusion
That’s when people begin to question their own feelings
It’s more common to happen to women simply because men have a tendency to shoot their shot even if she’s taken
And it’s also kinda expected.
If I tell my friends “I like this girl but she’s got a boyfriend”
Their reaction (even my women friends) is
“If they’re not married might as well shoot your shot and see if she prefers you”
Nothing is sacred anymore
That’s why I think commitment needs to be a choice above all, not just the consequence of loving someone.
No denying that both chocolate and vanilla ice cream are good. One doesn’t negate the other
But if you made a promise to one flavor you should consciously choose to abstain from the other
(Either that or have an open relationship with both)10 Reply

m 10 dnope... never
once I'm intrigued or interested in one... I'm done for, lol
others are not even a consideration, moreso if I get the idea that their feelings are mutual13 Reply- 10 d
That's good. I've never been in this type of situation before. I thought I was done with one guy but then he started proving me wrong with showing me he's not just about sex. And the other is in basic training so I can't really know if there's more to him until his holiday break. This is so frustrating.

I see what you mean, yes... but
is this a such a bad thing though? what's the rush... lol
I think it is a good idea to know a bit more about someone first, especially if there are two or more people... take your time to find out for real, less chances of idealization that way - 10 d
Yes thanks you're so right. I am trying to get to know the first guy a bit more and then hopefully I get to know basic training guy more on his break and then can make a decision. I'm going to take things slow and figure out where my heart really lies.
9 dI’ve cared for two people at the same time, but not in the same way.
Attraction can divide, but love usually chooses a direction.
When your heart is steady, it doesn’t split , it gravitates.
If I ever felt torn, it just meant one connection was real and the other was filling a gap, not a future.10 Reply

Like yes , but love no , I will only love the girl I end up choosing , the best thing to do is put them through a test without them knowing you are putting them through a test , and see which one succeeds , I usually will pick the one that makes me her top priority , the one that shows up the most without me having to initiate plans , the one that wants to spend as much time with me as possible that can’t wait to see me , that’s how you know someone is truly into you , the ones that don’t invest much time into you are the ones you should kick to the curb

u 9 dFor me, "love" means dedication and desire for one and only one girl, so it would be impossible to love two girls at the same time.

8 dYou know, the last emperor of China, Pu Yi, had 300 wives! How well did he get to know any of them? What kind of relationship did he have with any of them? Probably none. But he could visit each one, maybe once a year! Not my idea of a great married life!

10 dWell I liked two people at once, I never could love two at once.. but I just would pick the one who treats me better or has the most to offer. Or choose neither because if I ain't fully infatuated I probably never will be so they probably aren't for me.
10 Reply 308 opinions shared on Relationships topic. I can only focus on one man at a time. The idea of being interested in multiple men at once stresses me out. 😅

Lol yeah it's definitely stressing me out to the max. I feel really bad about it and I can't really make a decision until the guy from basic training comes home for Christmas break and I get to see him. I won't go out with the other guy until I know where basic training guy stands with me. Like I'm not sure if he's serious about me and I don't want to waste my time on someone not serious about me.
3K opinions shared on Relationships topic. Honestly it was the first person I saw next. I was interested in my (now) fiancée and another girl. When I was ready to ask one of them out, I had no idea which one I liked more. I decided that I would go for the one I met next, that turned out to be my fiancée.
10 Reply9.1K opinions shared on Relationships topic. Yes. I live it every day. Over 16 years with one person and 6 years with the other. All three of us couldn't be happier.
30 ReplySuch a headache. Once you get in that spot, you know that one way or another you are gonna end up hurting one of them or both.
Been there, didn't like myself for being such a jerk.

https://www.youtube.com/embed/EZnZvMx074s10 ReplyIn love, no, that wouldn't be fair. Interested in two women while dating, yes. But then you're faced with a choice you have to make.
10 Reply5.1K opinions shared on Relationships topic. I've never loved two people at once but I have liked two people at once I did end up choosing one over the other but after that fizzled out I just dated the other one anyway.
10 ReplyLol. Yeah. Way too often. I was almost able to spend all of my life with the love of my life but then my wife found out. Then I had a secret affair for 6 years until my wife got pregnant again. Then the love of my life got pissed and left me.
