I had this weird dream about my upcoming wedding?

I was at my weeding to my fiancé and we both said I do, I undid her veil to kiss her and it turned out to be the face of my mother. I asked what was going on and she said "I'm who you just married, sweetie". I found it bizarre and not sure what it meant.

She does kinda remind me of my mom, similar persoanlity. She was also still expecting a kiss in the dream which was awkward.

yea, probably a blend. your mind is working out similarities. maybe there's things not resolved with mom or it's just awkward to marry someone like your mom.
it's fairly normal in my view to find common traits/experiences/trauma patterns.

it's amazing how our brain does all this, but it mashes it all together and makes it up as we process what we experience.
